PRIVACY POLICY

HOPELOAN.COM PRIVACY POLICY

hopeloan.com (a division of Hope Loan, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Hope Loan) wants you to understand how we collect your personal information, and how we use that information. We collect and use your information in order to process your request(s) for services we offer to include:

Hope Loan Qualifier: to try and find out, based on your input, whether you may meet the requirements for consideration for the Hope Loan (we call this the Hope Loan Qualifier).
FHA Loan Information: to try and determine whether, in the states in which we are licensed, you may qualify for FHA loan consideration apart from Hope Loans.
Mortgage Modification: to try and determine whether you may be a good potential candidate for a mortgage modification in states in which we are licensed; and to determine whether you may benefit from a referral to a provider of services in a state in which that provider is licensed.

There are many requirements and qualifications for the Hope Loan program and other programs. We advise you to learn all you can from all safe sources about such programs to include our Terms of Use and Agreement and our website. You may indeed require legal advice regarding your situation.

Privacy Policy
Hope Loan, LLC is serious about protecting your personal privacy. It is Hope Loan, LLC’s mission to try and make consumers aware of the advantages of the Hope Loan process, to assist homeowners in finding out the requirements for a Hope Loan and in assisting homeowners in making early determinations about whether they may meet those Hope Loan requirements.  When a homeowner appears to meet the requirements, Hope Loan can assist further in the process, possibly leading, with the agreement of the mortgage company, to an FHA loan. This service applies only in those jurisdictions in which Hope Loan is licensed. Hope Loan also attempts to assist homeowners with mortgage modification services. This service applies only in states in which Hope Loan is licensed. And, Hope Loan may provide services in connection with applications for FHA loans apart from Hope Loans. For licensing information, please see our Terms of Use and Agreement.

Hope Loan gathers personal information to achieve the goals listed above. Hope Loan will need to use the personal information in the negotiating process involving your mortgage company and, in many instances, the FHA (Federal Housing Administration, which is charged with carrying out the Hope for Homeowners Act and guaranteeing the Hope Loans).

In some situations, we may provide some information to a participating agency which may undertake a mortgage modification in states in which Hope Loan is not licensed but in which the participating agency is licensed. No such referral is made without your approval.
Hope Loan is not in the business of renting, selling or trading personally identifiable customer information to market products or services you may not want or need.
